Replacement Diploma Request Process

After reviewing the information below, please proceed to submit a replacement diploma order via the link below. Upon clicking the link, you can log into the GEGI system or proceed without logging in (for transcript and replacement diploma orders only).

Submit Diploma Replacement Order

Diploma replacements cost $15/ea. Rushed processing of diploma replacements is not available at this time. Please allow two to four (2 – 4) weeks for your replacement diploma to be processed.

If you are a recent graduate and have not yet received your diploma, please contact your campus for any clarifications regarding your finalized grades or graduation requirements before placing an order. Standard diploma processing takes two to four (2 – 4) weeks from the completion of all graduation requirements.
