If you have any questions about whether an item is suitable or not, please contact your program
director/coordinator for confirmation.
This temporary dress code remains in effect until students receive their official uniforms, a maximum of
30 calendar days from the start date (excluding holidays). Afterward, students must wear their official
Gurnick Academy uniform as part of the standard/programmatic dress code.
Please follow the sizing guidelines here. You must
ensure that you measure yourself accurately. If exchanges are needed after receiving your uniforms,
please note that shipping and handling costs will occur.
It is imperative that students make their uniform sizing selection based on the sizing
chart available for review. You will want to order the size(s) closest to your
measurements. As a reminder, the uniforms are more of a tapered fit.
If your size falls outside of the available selections, or if you anticipate changes in your size due to
unforeseen circumstances (such as pregnancy), please email [email protected] as soon as possible. It is essential,
and the student’s responsibility, to do this promptly to ensure their uniform can be properly
handled and delivered on time.
The uniforms have a slim, tapered fit.
If you selected the wrong size, please email [email protected] to discuss exchange options. If
you have already received your items or they have already been shipped, you may be responsible for
shipping and/or exchange fees.
You will be able to select the applicable style for your program at the time of your initial order. If
you would like to purchase different styles outside of your initial set, please visit our website here.

We welcome everyone to purchase additional merchandise items in the Gurnick Store. However, unless
otherwise stated on the website, merchandise is not part of the approved uniform. Students are welcome
to wear Gurnick merchandise to and from class/clinicals; however, the items cannot be worn during class.

letter can only be provided to you directly. If your employer has questions, they should contact the
registrar at [email protected] and provide a signed
consent form to release the requested information.
All programmatic, institutional, and financial obligations must be fulfilled before the program
concludes. Please get in touch with your program director/coordinator, as well as the campus
director, if you have any questions. If your program has exit exams, please refer to your
schedule for exam dates and other requirements (if applicable). Questions about the exam
schedule can also be directed to your program director/coordinator.
Please check out our current graduation calendar here. As the end of
your program approaches, your Student Services team will provide you with details about the
event.
All graduation regalia, including the required bundle and additional optional items, can be
ordered here. Please order your
graduation package at least 14 days before your scheduled graduation ceremony date.
Note: Graduation regalia is required to participate in the ceremony. All the
necessary regalia must be ordered via the website linked and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Tickets are available in different quantities depending on the ceremony date and/or campus. If
you have a question about a ticket, please contact your campus’s Student Services Department.
Gown sizing differs. Please review the product information for your program and degree level when
ordering your regalia to ensure a proper fit.
Yes! Absolutely! We encourage students to decorate their graduation caps in a festive and
celebratory manner. Designs must be appropriate and cannot include profanity, inappropriate
imagery or text, or any design that goes against the Gurnick Academy Code of Conduct. Any cap
that is deemed inappropriate will be confiscated at the ceremony and will not be returned to the
student.
Students are required to wear white scrubs for their pinning ceremony. This requirement is in
accordance with the nursing tradition of pinning ceremonies.
Students can purchase
white scrubs via our website or purchase their own set elsewhere. Scrubs must be all
white with no pattern.
If your pinning ceremony is being held at the graduation ceremony, you must wear your white
scrubs under your cap and gown. There will be no break in the ceremony or opportunity to
change your attire.
If you are unsure of any policies, make sure to review the Gurnick Academy Catalog &
Addendum on our website.
Make sure to check the Student Handbook for your program, available on your GEGI account
under the “Documentation” tab.

also submit a support ticket to GEGI if Student Services is unavailable or you are
not on campus!
